Learn how to build a simple, effective daily skincare routine using the 7E Wellness Daily Renewal Kit. Step-by-step guide with serum layering tips.

Quick Answer

Start with clean skin, apply the Daily Renewal Kit serum in thin layers, and finish with moisturizer. Consistency matters more than quantity.

Why a Simple Routine Works Best

A short, consistent routine is easier to stick with and reduces the risk of irritation. The Daily Renewal Kit is designed to be your core serum step, so you don't need a dozen products to see results.

When to Apply the Serum

Apply the Daily Renewal Kit serum after cleansing and before moisturizer—both morning and night. This timing lets the active ingredients absorb without interference.

How to Use the Daily Renewal Kit in Your Routine

Step 1: Cleanse: Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and pat dry. Do not apply the serum to damp skin—it can dilute the formula. Wait 30 seconds after drying to ensure skin is fully clean and ready.
Step 2: Apply Serum: Pump 2-3 drops of the Daily Renewal Kit serum onto your fingertips. Gently press it into your face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Use upward strokes. Less is more—a thin layer absorbs better than a thick coat.
Step 3: Moisturize: Wait 60 seconds for the serum to absorb, then apply your regular moisturizer. This locks in the serum without pilling. If you notice pilling, reduce the serum amount or wait longer before moisturizing.
Step 4: Protect (AM only): In the morning, finish with a broad-spectrum sunscreen SPF 30 or higher. The serum can increase sun sensitivity. Sunscreen is non-negotiable—even on cloudy days.
